Movement screening and intake

Submit your movement videos and training background. Takes about 20 minutes.

Review and design, within 5 business days

A person reviews your screening, writes your assessment and builds your program around your results, goals and training history. Any questions come to you in Messages in the app.

Delivered in the app

Your program opens in the OMNID app, where you can also message your coach. Your screening report is on your custom program page. Your paid month starts the day your program arrives.
