Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy applies to consumer health data of residents of Washington, Nevada and Connecticut, and of anyone whose data we collect in those states. Our Privacy Policy covers everything else.
1. Who we are
OMNID is provided by OMNID L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company ("OMNID", "we", "us"). Contact: support@omnid.app.
2. The consumer health data we collect, and why
- Body measurements: height, bodyweight and its history, age, sex and, if you enter it, body fat percentage. Used, with your consent, to estimate your energy needs, set your nutrition targets and chart your progress.
- Training records: the exercises, loads, repetitions and reps in reserve you log, your notes, and any starting numbers you enter for a lift. Used to give you your program, calculate suggested loads and show your progress.
- Nutrition records: daily energy intake entries and a nutrition goal, if you use them, with your consent. Used to compare intake with your estimated needs.
- Answers to our seven health questions, kept only if you tick the box asking us to save them. Used to show you safety guidance again.
- For custom programs only: your intake questionnaire (including any injuries, surgery or medical history you tell us), the answers to the check-in you complete if you resume a postponed start (a new injury, surgery or a hospital stay, a new diagnosis or prescription medicine, a pregnancy or birth, and how your daily life has been since your screening), video of you performing movements, the joint positions measured from that video, our reviewer's assessment, and the messages you exchange with your coach, which may include information about injuries, pain or your health. Used to design, adjust and reassess your program and to coach you, to decide from the check-in whether a new screening and its re-review fee apply, and, using a copy that leaves out your name and contact details, to improve how the screening measures movement, only if you agree to that separately.
3. Where it comes from
From you, when you enter it in the app, film a screening or write to your coach. The joint positions are measured from your video by software running in your own browser. We do not collect consumer health data about you from anyone else.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and see it, including a list of everyone we have shared it with;
- withdraw your consent to our collecting and sharing it (for body measurements and nutrition entries, in Settings, under Privacy and data);
- have it deleted, including from our processors' systems. Backup copies are overwritten within 30 days.
Much of this you can do yourself: download your data and delete your account in Settings, and delete your health answers from You, which also withdraws the consent you gave to save them. Otherwise write to support@omnid.app from the email address on your account. We may need to confirm the request is yours. We will respond within 45 days, and tell you if we need up to 45 more because the request is complex. We will not charge you or treat you differently for using these rights.
If we refuse a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We will reply within 45 days and explain our decision. If you remain unhappy, you can contact the Attorney General of your state.
